day by day
我们常说，沉迷学习，日渐肥胖~这里主要强调每天逐渐往某个方向产生变化。
在口语里，我们可以使用day by day这个短语表达“一天天地、日益（变化）”。
day by day主要强调“每天逐渐往某个方向或计划前进”，就像辞典解释上写的more and more as each day passes：随着每天过去越来越....。
eg：
Day by day he became fatter.
他的身体日渐肥胖。
He's getting better day by day.
他正在逐日好转。
注意区分：day after day
day after day主要强调“重复，每天不变”，例如说我们每天上班/上学/回家，每天重复的生活，我们就可以用day after day。
eg：
I'm sick of working day after day.
我厌烦了每天工作。
I waited for news, day after day, expecting to hear.
我日复一日地等着，期待能听到消息。

近日，国务院印发《国务院关于实施健康中国行动的意见》（（以下简称《意见》）），提升全民健康水平。《意见》着重于疾病预防和健康促进，明确了15个专项行动，“全方位干预健康影响因素；维护全生命周期健康；加强重大疾病防控”。 The State Council, China's cabinet, has issued a new guideline to implement the country's Healthy China initiative and promote people's health. With a focus on disease prevention and health promotion, the guideline proposed 15 special campaigns to "intervene in health influencing factors, protect full-life-cycle health and prevent and control major diseases."

《国务院关于实施健康中国行动的意见》指出，人民健康是民族昌盛和国家富强的重要标志，预防是最经济最有效的健康策略。《意见》明确了三方面共15个专项行动。一是从健康知识普及、合理膳食、全民健身、控烟、心理健康等方面综合施策，全方位干预健康影响因素；二是关注妇幼、中小学生、劳动者、老年人等重点人群，维护全生命周期健康；三是针对心脑血管疾病、癌症、慢性呼吸系统疾病、糖尿病四类慢性病以及传染病、地方病，加强重大疾病防控。通过政府、社会、家庭、个人的共同努力，努力使群众不生病、少生病，提高生活质量。到2022年，健康促进政策体系基本建立，全民健康素养水平稳步提高，健康生活方式加快推广。到2030年，全民健康素养水平大幅提升，健康生活方式基本普及，居民主要健康影响因素得到有效控制，因重大慢性病导致的过早死亡率明显降低，人均健康预期寿命得到较大提高，居民主要健康指标水平进入高收入国家行列，健康公平基本实现。
